If you have been following BearCross for a while, you may have noticed that we have been relatively quiet on the news front over the past few months. That is because we have been busy with something less visible but important: reorganizing our internal team.
Earlier this month, BearCross officially completed a strategic restructuring that consolidated several sales and design roles. This is actually the third time we have restructured since 2022, and each time the goal has been the same — to become a more responsive and reliable trading partner for our customers.
The latest changes were driven by two observations. First, as we added more product categories (wheels, pipes, yoga wear) and expanded into new markets (Europe, the US, Australia, the Middle East), our old way of handling inquiries started to feel a bit slow. Second, we noticed that many of our clients — especially smaller brands and startups — needed more design and customization support, not just price quotes.
So here is what we did differently this time.
We merged two sales teams into one cross-functional group. Now, instead of passing a client from one person to another, a single team member handles the entire process — from the first inquiry to sample confirmation. For design-related questions, we now have an in-house designer available for quick consultations, which means you no longer have to wait for us to check with an external freelancer.
We also simplified our internal approval process. In the past, a quote for a custom wheel order might have needed three separate approvals. Now, it needs only one. The result? Our average response time for quotes has dropped by about 30% since the beginning of this year.
Does this mean we are growing into a big company? Not really. BearCross is still a small team by most standards. But we are built to move fast, and this restructuring reflects that. We are not interested in becoming a large trading corporation with multiple layers of management. We just want to be the team that replies to your email before you finish your morning coffee.
If you have worked with us before, you may have already noticed the difference. If you haven’t, we invite you to give us a try — and see what a lean, experienced trading team can do for your business.
