Shipping Methods
Depending on your product type, order volume, budget, and delivery timeline, we offer the following flexible shipping options:
· Sea Freight – The most economical solution for bulk shipments, ideal for heavy or large items such as wheels and pipes. Both Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) are available.
· Air Freight – Suitable for small batches, high‑value goods, or urgent orders. Fast transit with clear tracking.
· Rail Freight – A balance between cost and speed, particularly efficient for shipments to inland European destinations.
· Courier Service – For samples or very small orders, delivered directly to your door.

Logistics Process
1. Inquiry & Confirmation – After confirming order details with the customer, we provide freight estimates.
2. Packing & Preparation – Factories pack goods according to standard export packaging. Reinforced or custom packaging is available upon request.
3. Booking & Export Customs Clearance – We arrange vessel/flight booking and assist with export customs clearance.
4. In‑Transit Tracking – We provide vessel/flight number or tracking ID. Customers can track online, or we send regular updates.
5. Destination Clearance & Delivery – Depending on trade terms, we assist or coordinate destination clearance and arrange last‑mile delivery.
Trade Terms
We commonly use Incoterms 2020, including:
· FOB – Buyer arranges main freight and insurance.
· CIF – We cover freight and minimum insurance.
· EXW – Buyer arranges all transportation from our factory.
· DDP – We bear all costs and risks until goods reach the buyer’s address.
We can flexibly agree on the most suitable trade term based on your needs.

We work with multiple reputable international freight forwarders and courier companies, including but not limited to:

· DHL / FedEx / UPS (for courier and air freight)

Important Notes
· Packing – Heavy products like wheels should use reinforced or wooden cases. Pipes must be tightly strapped. Yoga wear should be packed in moisture‑proof bags inside cartons.
· Insurance – Cargo insurance is recommended. We can arrange insurance on your behalf; premium is a small percentage of the cargo value.
· Restricted / Prohibited Items – Some countries may have import restrictions on certain materials or products. Please confirm before ordering.
· Duties & Taxes – Unless agreed DDP, import duties and taxes at destination are borne by the consignee. We provide accurate HS codes for reference.
