PPR Direct Fusion Plastic-Aluminum Stable Pipe

Product Introduction
Introducing the latest international composite pipe technology, combining PP-R pipes and aluminum layers through high molecular bonding agents. It integrates the advantages of both PP-R pipes and metal pipes, featuring the hygiene, corrosion resistance, and sealing of PP-R pipes with the rigidity of metal pipes. Therefore, it offers higher strength and better temperature resistance, widely applicable for hot water, especially high-temperature radiator heating and central air conditioning fields.
Application Scope
1. Domestic hot and cold water piping systems 2. Floor heating, wall-hung boiler heating, and radiator heating pipelines 3. Drinking water, reclaimed water, and solar systems | 4. Central air conditioning and hot air circulation systems 5. Industrial liquid medium delivery piping systems |
Product Features
Metal Core, Stronger Resistance Perfect combination of metal pipes and PP-R pipes with 5-layer composite structure; combines PP-R pipe hygiene and corrosion resistance with metal pipe rigidity and deformation resistance. |
More Hygienic The intermediate alloy aluminum layer blocks oxygen, preventing algae growth; safer for household water use. |
Higher Pressure Resistance Enhanced rigidity ensures more stable pipeline operation; significantly improved compressive strength and temperature resistance for more stable usage. |
More Secure Alloy pipes installed in walls or buried underground can be easily detected; convenient for subsequent construction without damaging existing pipelines; safer piping system. |
Long Service Life Under rated service temperature and pressure, PP-R pipe service life exceeds 50 years. |
Straighter Alloy pipe linear expansion coefficient is small, approximately 1/5 of standard PP-R, close to metal pipes; more advantageous for high-temperature hot water outdoor exposed applications. |
