Product Introduction

PP-R aluminum-plastic steady-state composite pipe is a new high-performance water supply pipeline produced in accordance with CJ/T 210-2005 pipe standards, meeting GB/T17219 sanitary standards and relevant sanitary safety evaluation regulations of the National Ministry of Health. The pipe consists of PP-R inner layer, adhesive layer, aluminum layer, and PP-R outer layer.

PP-R aluminum-plastic steady-state composite pipe combines innovative pipeline design, making its performance in conveying hot water even more superior. The product not only features the small thermal expansion coefficient, oxygen impermeability, and light-blocking properties of aluminum-plastic composite pipes, but also retains the excellent heat resistance of PP-R pipes and the simple, economical heat fusion socket connection method, with strong pipe fitting adaptability.

Product Features

Metal Core, Stronger Resistance

Metal pipes are perfectly combined with PP-R pipes, adopting a 5-layer composite structure; possessing the hygiene, corrosion resistance of PP-R pipes and the rigidity, deformation resistance of metal pipes.

Oxygen Impermeable

The aluminum layer can effectively block oxygen, inhibit the growth of microorganisms inside the pipe, and ensure water quality. It also protects other metal fittings in the pipeline system.

Low Thermal Expansion Coefficient

The aluminum layer reduces the overall linear expansion coefficient of the pipe, reducing the use of pipe clamps, and allowing exposed installation for more aesthetic pipeline layout.

Light-Blocking

The aluminum layer blocks ultraviolet rays, enhancing the pipe's light-blocking property. It slows down pipe aging and extends the service life of the pipe material.

Sanitary Performance

The inner pipe is made of PP-R raw material, with no chemical reaction and no pollution.
