Raw Material Characteristics
PE water pipes are made from authentic fully imported PE material. PE is a thermoplastic resin with high crystallinity and non-polarity. It has many excellent characteristics, and water supply pipes are one of its largest application markets. PE pipes are widely used in water supply pipe manufacturing due to their high strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, non-toxicity, and wear resistance. They are ideal substitutes for traditional steel water pipes and cement concrete pipes. |

Product Advantages
Advanced Equipment Introducing world-renowned production equipment and technology from Germany's Battenfeld, Weber, and KraussMaffei. The entire production process features automated control, intelligent detection, and quality control. | High-end Monitoring Adopting reliable ultrasonic online detection systems to improve detection reliability and stability. The system detects wall thickness and roundness of products in production, achieving high-precision and high-reliability pipe materials. |
Printing Technology Pipe printing adopts domestic advanced plasma surface treatment technology. After technical treatment, pipe printing is not easy to fall off, with anti-counterfeiting and information traceability functions. |
